iPhone 5 leaks out of Foxconn Factory – Shown Booting Up iOS 6 on a Video
Yesterday, Apple sent out the invites to the iPhone 5 Media Event scheduled to happen on 12 September where it is expected to reveal the next-gen iPhone.
With only a week left for the real iPhone to be announced by Apple, the speculations and leaks related to the iPhone 5 are on the rise.
We earlier posted about a fully-assembled iPhone 5 video (where the phone wasn’t switched on!)and a iPhone 5 video mock up showing how a taller screen would look like on the next phone from the Cupertino Giant. Here comes another one in which the real (claimed to be, I should say) iPhone 5 is even shown booting up.
M.I.C. Gadget posted the about this video from Chinese blog Vgooo.com where they report:
A tipster tells Chinese tech media Vgooo.com that he has “accidentally” discovered an iPhone 5 prototype when he made a visit to his friend at Foxconn’s factory in Jincheng.
He “accidentally” discovered an iPhone 5 prototype at Foxconn’s factory in Jincheng, and when he got his hands-on with it, he could feel the phone is thinner, and it is indeed taller. He quickly took some photos, and a video. Well, is the boot up video real or fake? We are not sure, but it’s still interesting to see the device in the video could not be activated!
Here is the video which surfaced earlier today, showing off the new iPhone booting up.

Now, with so many rumours and leaks around how the iPhone 5 will look like, and some claimed-to-be-true videos out there, Apple might not feel very great at the iPhone Media Event on 12 Sept and rather decide on something else 😛
Here, we found a funny take on this by JoyOfTech. Do check it out!
Now, my question to you!
Is this a real iPhone 5 or simply another fake? What do you think?
